Called Benny James to come give a 2nd opinion on an issue we were having with our heater.  The very nice lady who took my call said they would be there ASAP. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly young man came by and inspected the furnace. He quickly determined that work done the prior week by another company was done wrong. The previous company had installed part of the unit incorrectly, then made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem that resulted from their mistake, and then they sent me an estimate of $4500 to fix a problem they caused. Cade from Benny James identified and fixed our issue in a few minutes and saved me $4500. I highly recommend Trent with Benny Jones HVAC. I moved into a new house but the one of the units wasn't cooling the master bedroom. He returned my call at 8 PM on a weeknight and arrived the next morning as promised. Trent quickly identified the project offered options and a fair price then fixed the issue.
